By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. Then do AAMC.Out of any third-party CARS resource, UWorld comes the closest to the AAMC style. In particular, the way that most of the questions are written is very representative of the AAMC logic. I highly recommend using it if you have access to it. There’s one main drawback: the difficulty.

The PS was very representative and the style of the BB passages was representative as well. I thought the physics was harder than aamc material but still fair. I’ve heard that uworld uses some of the same passages as aamc for cars but never did any. The main advantage of uworld is the explanations on the qs. Very in-depth and informative. Jack westin is cake compared to AAMC material. I found UWORLD to be more representative. I took my test Jan 17th so I can’t yet tell you how I actually did on CARS but I was getting 128-132 on the CARS sections of the AAMC practice exams. I actually found the AAMC material easier.

The AAMC basically took the old questions that were relevant to the new MCAT and repackaged them. For those unfamiliar with the old MCAT, the test was considerably different. The impression I got is that OP is at the start of AAMC qpack 1, which is probably some of the tougher passages out there. It gets much better about 1/3 of the way through it, to the point it’s much easier than UWORLD.I.e one person could score WAY below average and study really hard and review all of the questions and get a 520 on FL1, or someone could get mid 60s and 70s and get a 510-515, it really depends on how you use the materials and learn from them.
