Okay, so I gave this a try - program looks good and I selected the twitch rewards on the account tab and saved the file. I started the game in offline mode on steam, went to the anomaly, but I can't see where to claim it. I went to the synthesis companion, but the only option are create exotic items, and collect expedition rewards.
I checked which rewards are missing using the NMS save editor. If I edit my account information and add them back they get removed when I next boot up and it syncs with the server. In the end I just turned off my internet connection, edited the save, claimed the rewards, and then turned it back on.
