2007 Yamaha V Star 1300 dying under low throttle. I took the stock slip on muffler off and rode around for 1000 miles to make sure I wouldn’t have any issues running straight pipes until I can get a new exhaust. Well recently I welded on a 2” down turn on the stock piping where the muffler would slip on and changed my exhaust gaskets.

The starter is not engaging but the battery is dropping to 11.7 volts with not much load.
