The 0411 is an easy swap, takes about 2-3 hours to pull the wires form their old connectors and snap them into the new connectors/positions,....using a pin-out sheet. Definitely, i have everything done, from the c1 c2 c3 c4 lt1 pins, to the c1 blue and c2 red 411 pcm. The 411 is a way faster pcm, its been used in many gm cars and trucks. Hp tuners even has an autotune option to fine tune ve's on the go. Here are the PCM pinouts from AllData for both the 1999 4.3l (was in my Blazer) and a 2002 Chevy Express 5.7 Vortec. I used this when I did my swap in winter 2011/2012 and it went great. This is for changing from the black box computer to a 411. The new V8 injector pod plug is also attached a few posts below.

In my case with the 7.4 some of the excuses for swapping in an 0411, like the hard rev limit in the black box don't matter to me personally as its a tow vehicle and its never going to hit that rpm anyway even with a 0411 swap.

Once you have the OS on there, you can open the corvette file and copy and paste the spark/fuel values etc back over and make any changes needed manually. Otherwise, you will need to do a segment swap or try to fix checksum errors with Universal Patcher.
